In Duchesne County, we have seven Fire Departments offering the community, with a total of ninety five volunteer firefighters. These volunteer firefighters dedicate hundreds or even thousands of hours in training and fire phone calls each year. About 1 / 3 tend to be State qualified architectural firefighters, or licensed wildland firefighters.
